How is the way to create an entry for an XMPP-Service with the DNSDHCP-Java-Console? This are the values: (This is the newest DNSDHCP-Java-Console from/and OES2018.1)

_xmpp._tcp.my.net. 86400 IN SRV 5 0 8300 messenger.my.net.

My results were:

_xmpp._tcp..example.net.

or

The Service Name you need to type yourself, the _TCP is in the dropdown list

It's not a link, the screenshot is inline. You may have to use a different browser or tone town your adblocker/noscript whatever a bit.

My Browser? No! It is all pretty with this ...

I have to deactivate 'Ignore HTML' in my personal settings of this famous forum software ... WTF?

Yeah, we are top of the time ... no old nntp ... now we use modern JavaScript based Web Forum Software ... yeah ...

The graphic file is hosted at dcvta86296.i.lithium.com so the 'Allow html' checkbox seems to should avoid to insert foreign html code.

technically, _XMPP._TCP is the "owner name", so yes, that needs to stay empty. Other services may need/support a nam, so that's why it's hard to impossible (as you can type any service name you want, it's not like there's an official list or such), to disable the name field.
