DST java issues?

I hope this is coincidence. I have put the new jvm on 2 servers(sp6). Each
server has crashed. One crashed everyday, I ended up putting libj patch on
which seems to have helped. But that box has never crashed in a year. odd.
The 2nd box(sp6) has been up for 6 months and it crashed the next day, but
on lengine from what I can see in the log. Very odd coincidences.

Re: DST java issues?

Actually that 2nd server was on the dreaded critical section in
fatfs(which i have never fully understood). all these crashes seem
unrelated to the new jvm. still makes me think.

This is often a secondary problem, which occurs during certain log updates
when the disk is unavailable, from what I can tell. You might look
up-stack and see what is trying to be logged.
