Diffrent kernels same OS/Updates

Hi,

I installed a fresh OES2 SP2 and patched it from the channels.
Then I upgraded a OES2 SP1 to OES2 SP2 and patched it from the channels
as well...

uname -a

Linux voes01 2.6.16.60-0.57.1-xenpae (fresh install)
Linux voes02 2.6.16.60-0.54.5-xenpae (upgraded from SP1)

Euhmm, domU's running on same dom0. Both connected to SMT server, fully
mirrored.

So, what to do? I really need the same domUs to use the same kernels...

Re: Diffrent kernels same OS/Updates

Anders,

Linux voes02 2.6.16.60-0.54.5-xenpae (upgraded from SP1)

This is the version from SLES 10 SP3

Linux voes01 2.6.16.60-0.57.1-xenpae (fresh install)

and this came through an additional upgrade either online or via SMT.
Therefor it looks like voes02 was not registered against the SMT server and pulled down additional SLES 10 SP3 updates. Can you check that the kernel version 2.6.16.60-0.57.1 exists on the SMT server ?
