ERROR (Media: file not found)

I am trying to do new install latest OES linux on an hp server DL380, it
gets so far then gives the error message (Media:file not found) same place
each time. I have downloaded the cd images twice and even had Novell send
me installation cds all to no avail same problem.
I have tried installing on 2 non server but adequate class PC's i get same
error but on different files.
I am just allowing default settings so no fancy tweaks or anything.
I have previously managed to install SUSE linux enterprise server 9.2 on
these computers with no issues. What am i missing here? I have read
documnetation online and can find no reference to these issues. can
someone tell me why I am getting these errors and how to avoid themin
future.
Thanks
