Error saying iFolder is full when it isn't

I have a Windows user getting an error message saying their iFolder is full when the admin panel shows they have plenty of space remaining. One thing to note is we are filtering out many large files like mp3's, avi's, etc. This user has many of those files, but they aren't being backed up.

It seems like all of their files are in fact being backed up, but the error message still shows on every boot.

My problem is not resolved and this is the correct newsgroup. I'm at a loss of how I can overcome this error and not cause users to think they're out of space.

Hi shanepardue,

Can you check if there is any quota set for that iFolder specifically? It could be possible that quota at user level has some space but if iFolder level quota got over.

The admin panel shows the user has plenty of space available. I'm guessing it says the ifolder is full before it sees the exceptions to not back up. It backs up everything fine even though it says it is full.
