FTP Server Accounts

Just switched to OES and had a question on FTP setup.
On the old system (Netware 4.11) I was running FTPSRVR and to get accounts I
would add a user and assign them a home directory and then I could let
someone get to the folder by sending them the link
ftp://username:password@ftp.domain.com is this how to do this in OES?
Is there anything I have to setup in the cfg file to make this work like
that?
Is there a better way? I need multiple folders that are not accessible by
the other people logging in to the FTP.
I cannot find the cfg file on my old system.

TIA,
Dan

You can use nwftpd.nlm
For this there is a configuration ftpserv.cfg in sys:etc
