Force password change not working

To comply with the recent DST changes we have upgraded ConsoleOne to ver
1.3.6e.
Users created within this version of ConsoleOne are forced to change their
passwords after X number of days. The obvious check boxes are checked
(allow user to change password, require a password, force password change,
etc) After X number of days users are prompted to change their password
(Windows Client 4.91 SP3) When they attempt to change their password they
receive "Error 89de" "password not changed".
I have toggled different check boxes in Console but the error persists. I
have found that if I use NoRM to apply the force password requirement to
users, users are able to manage their own passwords.
Has any one else experience this problem?

Re: Force password change not working

Error 0x89DE is when the password is expired AND there is no grace login
left ... Is that your case?

Re: Force password change not working

Yes it is the case and it is due to the inability for the users to change
their password. Using iManager gets around it and I have also upgrade
ConsoleOne to ver 1.3.6f. I will see if this corrects the problem.
