Limit to viewable path lengths in Client32

Used Robocopy to copy directories and files from Netware 6.5 server to Windows drive. Windows drive shows MORE files than in Netware via client 32. Anybody know of a way to get a good count of number of files in the directories. Is there some kind of path limit? I have files which I can see but which I cannot even copy down to the Windows volume too.

Are there are characters in folder names that an NSS volume would understand but which a Windows NTFS file system might not?

Re: Limit to viewable path lengths in Client32

we once had an issue with copying files from VOL1 to VOL1NEW, and it turned
out that the full path should not be longer than 512 bytes.... don't know
whether that is configurable
the number of subdirectories is congurable, by heart i think it is 15 levels
deep by default
