Limiting NetStorage login to users in variuos context

I am trying to limit login to NetStorage to staff and teachers. All reside
in one tree and are located in either student or faculty containers IE:
ou=faculty, ou=<School>,o=<district>. Each school level is a partition.

I have tried setting the context in nsadmin , but it seems to finish up with
a ldap search and resolves users not in the context.

Is there a way to limit login to these faculty contexts by defining the
context, setting up a limit ldap search base?

Netware 65. sp6
