Logging off resets the Proxy settings

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask but here goes. ThinkPad R52, Win XP SP2, Client 4.91 SP2, NW 6.5 SP5, BM 3.8 SP4. The proxy settings are set in Internet Explorer and we use Clientrust. When the user logs off and then back in, the Proxy settings are disabled and must be set in Internet Explorer again in order to access the internet. Any ideas?

Are you using DLU and/or roaming profiles?

Re: Logging off resets the Proxy settings

No policies. It only happens on this one system.
