If you try and request this HotFix needed to resolve the trusted publisher problem on Windows 7 Microsoft redirects you to this page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4343220/this-hotfix-is-no-longer-available
However, even before they discontinued it I was never able to get a copy of the HotFix despite requesting it multiple times from Microsoft. Does anyone here have a copy they could share with me as I still need this for several machines I have running Windows 7.

I see that this TID was just updated to include the following note:
TID 7017719 The “Always trust software from Micro Focus” checkbox on
the Microsoft Publisher Verification prompt does not work
https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7017719

Perhaps someone in the Microsoft forums could make the HotFix available
to you?

You appear to have mixed up your Micros - this is a Micro
Focus-hosted forum not Microsoft. You should contact Microsoft
for their HotFixes.

Not quite!
The KB2921916 HotFix is for The "Untrusted publisher dialog box appears when you install a driver in Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2" issue and is needed to do a silent install of the OES Client as discussed in several threads including this one: OES Client MDT Silent unattended install with no prompts.
As Julian_DC pointed out, it is no longer available for download from the Microsoft site. Instead, as a workaround, Microsoft suggests an upgrade to Windows 10. 😞
I don't know where to obtain the hotfix or if it can legally be redistributed. I do know there are a lot of Windows 7 systems out there and not having access to this hotfix could be a major issue for many customers.
Perhaps Alan Adams can suggest a workaround?

Additional details... Novell TIDs.
TID 7008140 Novell Client silent / non-interactive / system installation
https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7008140
TID 7017719 The “Always trust software from Micro Focus” checkbox on
the Microsoft Publisher Verification prompt does not work
https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7017719
Unfortunately, solutions rely on the unavailable HotFix KB921916.
I have provided TID feedback saying that the HotFix is no longer
available.

Thank you. This is precisely the reason why I am looking for this HotFix.
