Mac filename length

We are running a number of OSX Macs to a NW6 sp5 server.

They are unable to save files with names longer than 32 characters.

I can't find this documented anywhere but I'm guessing that NW6 is
emulating AFP 2.2 with a 32 character filename limit. OSX uses AFP 3.0
that supports longer filenames.

1. Can anyone confirm this information.

2. Is there a way I can get the OSX longer filename support?

Thanks

Only by upgrading to NetWare 6.5.
