Migrate Groupwise from NW to LINUX

Hi,

We try to convert our NW 6.5 Cluster to OES-Linux.

So the Groupwise-System is a part of the cluster too.
If I try to migrate the System from NW to LINUX,
then the MTA has got a problem with CAPITAL filenames and DIRECTORIES.

the MTA creates several directories shown as wpcsin0 .
the MTA also want's to have a wpdomain.db in small letters.

any suggestions ??

Uwe

Re: Migrate Groupwise from NW to LINUX

Hi Uwe

This is quit usuall, as the Linux version is case sensitive!! It's
recommended to rename all directories to lower case before moving to
linux. If you are interested visit the groupwiseR Event in Den Haque on 28
of june. There are some interting informations about this. (sse

Cheers Uwe
