Moving User to new OU not recognized in iFolder

I've got an iFolder user that was transferred to a new department, so the way that our eDir tree is structured means that they are moved to a new OU under our organization. After making this change I am unable to sign the user into iFolder. When I open the iFolder administrative console I can click on the user and it shows the user's context as still being in the old OU, and there is nothing referencing her location in the new OU. How can I make iFolder recognize this change or restore the iFolder functionality to the new user? Thank you.

Login to the ifolder admin page. Then select the servers tab > select the server managing ifolder > about half way down on the right check your "LDAP context". Make sure the OU you moved your user to is listed there.

My LDAP context is set to my organization level so it should be seeing all of my users. I haven't tried restarting the server since moving the user between OU's but I've read in some other postings that this sometimes fixes the issue, but I'll try that at some point soon. Also, my LDAP server is set as my iFolder's server address and the LDAP Proxy user password blank and confirmation are empty. Should I possibly try adding each individual OU into my iFolder context instead of trying it on an Organizational level?

Did you log in the web admin tool, select the server, and then force a sync? If not try that. By default I think it checks every 24 hours.

I gave that a try but it didn't help. I also took a look at the log file and I am seeing lots of "Attempt to delete users as part of domain sync. Rejecting the delete request..." errors. Does that suggest a problem?
