NCL freaking out on rsync backup

I'm trying to use the NCL to mount an NSS formatted SANS so I can use RSYNC
and backup the data on the SANS to a mini-SANS backup box. WHen I try to
run the backup, the Novell client freaks out, logs me out, and I get the
following error message when I try to login again...

Description : Cannot scann Connection References. Error:NWCCScanConnRefs:
Code : FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFB
Build : 1.0.0
File : ncpConnectionRefScanner.cpp
Line : 73
Repository Version : $Revision: 1.3 $

any ideas? where do I submit bug reports?

Re: NCL freaking out on rsync backup

I am also receiving this issue. Whether attempting to synchronize a mapped drive, or the server path /var/opt/novell/username/SERVERNAME/volume with rsync -rav --progress /var/opt/novell/username/SERVERNAME/volume DESTINATION::MODULE the following error is reported. file has vanished: "/var/opt/novell/username/SERVERNAME/volume/file ..

This occurs for every file on the volume. I was hoping NCL would provide a much faster access method for RSYNC then ncpfs. NetWare's native RSYNC is too buggy it appears. Please let me know if anyone has found a workaround. Thanks.
