NLS License

Hope this is the correct forum to post this message...

I am new to NLS and License. We currently have a Netware 6.5 MLA/CLA
Unlimited Server Licence. No User License Required.

Just migrated our first 6.5 server into our 4.2 tree. I read somewhere
that I should install the license high in the tree so that all server and
users can get to it. How do I do this?

Suggestions for NLS primer (for beginners)?

Place it in the Org container.
