NMAS Intruder Lockout

Workstation OS: XP sp2
Novell Client: 4.91 sp2

Type in password to login after screen saver is running for the very first
time, and get intruder lockout. Any thought why it is happening?

Thanks

You are using an incorrect password?

You should pay attention tot he following potential issues:

1) If you don't have the same password for your local windows login and
your network login, you have to double check that you are unlocking the
screen saver with the correct password. In the client settings, you can
determine which password can be used for the screen saver, but by default,
it is the edirectory password

2) The capslock and numlock settings might be different in the screen
saver compared to the initial login. As such, people have to double check
they really type the correct password and also use the correct case.
