NRM - Cluster "Up Since" view issue

Does anyone know why I didn't get "up since" info for all cluster resources from Novell Remote Manager?

Kindly refer an attachment as per attached.

Hmm from ConsoleOne cluster view, I can see "up since" info as per attached :
