NSS Salvage - Not working from Remote Mgr but ok in NWAdmin32

I have a NetWare 6.5 server (OES) that is not showing "Salvagable Files"
from Remote Manager.
It has volumes SYS, VOL1, VOL2, VOL3, VOL4

From tests, if I delete a folder from SYS volume, I can salvage the folder
from Remote Mgr.

If I delete a folder from any of the other 4 volumes, I cannot even see that
a folder or file has been deleted. If I use NWAdmin, I can restore all
deleted file/folders and use recursive steps to restore an entire folder
structure.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Marc

Marc,

Are all your volumes NSS volumes? What support pack are you on?
Have you tried other tools for salvage to see how they beve, like
ConsoleOne or Windows explorer?
