Nagios reporting Critical Load problem at low load averages.

Nagios is freaking out on one of my servers.
Sending Critical Load usage reports, but it is only running at 10%. What would cause this how do I fix it. Or am I missing something?

That depends on how many CPU cores the system has? Maybe I/O load queing things up.
