NetSorage ( Saving a pdf inside mynetwork places )

I have setup NetStorage and everything works great users connect using
https inside my network places. Everyone that has write can save .doc, .xls
or really anything except a .pdf. I can copy .pdf's there but when I select
save a copy in adobe it nerver see's the folders in my network place. Is
there a fix for this or something I might be missing any help would be
great as its the last thing holding me up from rolling this out to all my
users.
