Netware Services List is incomplete (Arcserve 11.1 SP2)

I am trying to create a job that backs up some of my netware servers that
do not have the arcserve agent. However I am unable to see servers in the
"Netware services" drop-down list that are outside of the ip subnet that my
arcserve server is running in. All of the servers are in the hosts file
and such. I can see anoher server that is in the same ip subnet as the
arcserve server but thats it. Any suggestions? BTW, I do have servers
with agents in other subnets and (once added) can see them just fine.

Check if those servers are visible in the SLP services list (Display slp
services) from the backup server, in particular the SMDR services.
ARCserve discovers servers through SLP (if you're not pointing to an
agent). Servers on subnet can be discovered via multicast, but if you
don't have a proper SLP configuration for the external services ARCServe
will not "see" them.
