Norm - "Page Cannot Be Displayed"

Hello,

I am getting "Page Cannot Be Displayed" when trying to access Norm on one of our servers. I have tried using the following:

http:\\mat1:8008
https:\\mat1:8009
http:\\10.128.68.71:8008
https:\\10.128.68.71:8009

The certs of the server look fine. Portal.nlm is loaded and so is httpstk. Found the hostname file has wrong ip so I am going to change that. Any other ideas of what to look for?

thanks
scott

Re: Norm - "Page Cannot Be Displayed"

2 possible sources of problems here:

1) Load order of NRM related NLMs. Make sure the following NLMs are loaded
in the order listed. they don't need to be grouped together, but they
should occur in that order:

NILE.NLM
HTTPSTK.NLM
PORTAL.NLM
NDSIMON.NLM (not always loaded, but when it is laoded, it must come after
the others)

2) Does your server have multiple IP addresses by any chance? If yes, you
should be aware that httpstk will only bind to one IP address by default.
To control what IP address is used, the information must be supplied int
he command loading httpstk.nlm or alternately, there should be a httpbind
command later on. For details, see:

Re: Norm - "Page Cannot Be Displayed"

I've seen this before, it may very well be the same issue.

Netware Registry.
Have a look at this:
TID#10100621
If the server is only listening on 0.0.0.0 then you will need to import a key with the correct IP. The easy way to do so is export the key that is mentioned in the TID from a working server, edit it, then import it back to the problem server.

Hope that helps!
