Novell Client on Windows Server with Altiris and RDP

Hi everybody, we have several Windows 2003 servers with SP1. We would
like to gain control via the Altiris agent and RDP. The Novell client
however prevents a reboot by Altiris. When a restart is initiated by a hp
Rapid Deployment Pack an the console is still in the logon screen, then
the novell client seems to prevent this restart. The restart works
correctly with a microsoft client or if someone has logged on to the
console.
Dows onyone have any idea how we can prevent this
Thx in advance

Re: Novell Client on Windows Server with Altiris and RDP

So far as I know, the Novell Client 4.90 SP2 should have been working
in this scenario. (i.e. Should not have prevented the reboot when
Novell login dialog on-screen. It had been fixed for quite a while I
think; perhaps since 4.80 or somewhere around there?)

The Novell Client 4.91 broke this; supposed to be resolved in 4.91
SP1:

"37. When imaging a workstation with Altris software a remote reboot
is sent but does not occur when the client is installed. (71693)"

Fixes included in the Support Pack 1 for the Novell Client 4.91 for
Windows - TID10097911
http://support.novell.com/cgi-bin/search/searchtid.cgi?/10097911.htm

So what version of the Novell Client software is currently present on
the Windows Server 2003 SP1 machines?
