OES 11 SP1 upgrade to ....

I'm running OES 11 SP1 over SLES 11 SP1 (workgroup, with Groupwise on the same server) and it's time to upgrade it (it's never too late).
I'm asking if is possible to skip some SPs. For example can I upgrade directly to OES 11 SP3?
Does SLES must follow OES or I can upgrade SLES and OES separatelly?

Thanks for help,
Fabrizio

Please take a look at the doc. There is a section talking about the supported upgrade path. https://www.novell.com/documentation/oes11/inst_oes_lx/data/bhu19u7.html

You must upgrade SLES and OES at the same time. https://www.novell.com/documentation/oes11/inst_oes_lx/data/bbgzua8.html

HI Fabrizio,

I see that Martin (mdallier) has already provided you with the documentation link. You should read the documentation to make sure you don't overlook anything.

To answer your question, yes you can upgrade directly to OES11 SP3. The procedure to upgrade to OES11 SP3 describes how to upgrade SLES at the same time.

Support for OES11 ended on 2017-01-13. See the
Product Support Lifecycle page for more information.

Once you have completed that upgrade, you can (and should) upgrade directly to OES2015 SP1. Please refer to the documentation.

Accuracy is important. Thanks for the correction.

It seems I cannot copy a date from one place to another! 😞
