OES SP2 (Mac OSX authentication)

Hi All,

Firstly apologies if this is not the correct forum, however I can only find
'client' forums for M$, Nix but not OSX.
Goal - Enable Macintosh OSX10.4.9 clients to login/authenticate to eDir that
is running on OESsp1 (SLES), without any 3rd party software/clients... &
also mount eDir Homedirs & other network drives (bearing in mind that OES
sles does NOT support AFP, therfore I was hoping to use Samba).

There are some guides & tips here http://www.macosxlabs.org, but they all
refer to netware rather than oes(sles) & older versions of the osx client...

I was wondering if there is anyone out there that are using this kind of
setup..?

TIA
Danny
