OES sp2 - no channels listed

I still have not been able to activate or list any channels on the OES
sp2. I had previously called the call center and it they verified that I
was using the correct activation code.

Please see my previous post on the same subject for more information.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance,
tj

So, rug sl shows nothing?

In that case try
rug sa https://update.novell.com/data
and then the normal activation process

Re: OES sp2 - no channels listed

Rug sl shows the following:

1 | https://update.novell.com/data | Novell_Update_Server

However when I try to do a rug act with my information I get cannot find
activation code.

That's when I called and verified that I was putting in the correct
information. This server is a non-productive rebuild. So, I had
previously used this at one time. I was told by the call center that it
should not matter I just need to put in my email address and it will pick
it up. It does not.

So then the channels are not listed.

Thanks,
tj
