OES11: Custom certificate for apache

By accident I hit the checkbox for using the eDirectory certificate for
http services upon the initial eDirectory configuration. Is there a way
to correct this after the first nds configuration other removing the
configuration and the objects associated with the new server completely
and beginning from scratch again?
I use third party certificates for apache, and with the current
configuration my certificates in /etc/ssl/servercerts/ are overwritten
by the ones from the OES CA on every boot.
I know I can change the apache configuration to use a certificate from
another directory, but then there might be a smarter solution also.
