Post Sp3 NW6.5 question

I have one NW6.5 server that after upgrading to SP3 with all the extra
patches has a line in the autoexec.ncf:

perl --noscreen -e 'system("POSTINST.NCF")'

What is this line for? The upgrades went smooth and nothing seems to be
down/broken/etc.

It calls a perl script that does some housecleaning. That line should
actually get removed automatically by exactly that sript.
