Raid5 Device failure

I have a Dell PowerEdge 2850 running Netware 6.5.5. Every so often I
get the following message.

NWPA-004: The CDM driver deactivate device [V371-A2-D0:0] PERC LD 0
RAID5 f/w:5130 due to a device failure.

I have run all the Dell Diags but I am pretty sure that the RAID
controller is flaky. Can someone else confirm this?

Thanks

Re: Raid5 Device failure

I have the same setup but don't get that error. Get all your firmware up to
date. (Raid card, bios, etc...)
