Random Novell Message Popups from SLES/OES2 server

There are 4 eDirectory servers in this tree.
3 are NW6.5sp8
1 is SLES 10sp3/OES2 sp2a
The SLES server is running GW 7.0.3 Post Office and iPrint.

Some users are randomly receiving Novell Message Popups from the SLES
server with a blank message.

Does anyone have any ideas on where to look or what to look for at the
server?

Thanks,
Chris

Re: Random Novell Message Popups from SLES/OES2 server

I'd also be interested in this as I've seen the same problem. I believe I've only seen one server, SLES10sp3/OES2sp2, do this. It seemed to go away when the client rebooted.

The only thing that looked remotely appropriate in the logs was messages about closing NCP connections but those connections were not by the client seeing the messages.

We have about 30000 users and I've received just a handful of error reports regarding this, and it seemed to go away when disabling messages on the clients.
