Is it possible to run a log off script or batfile when you log off a

Using WinXP pro and 4.91 client

You can use a zenworks scheduled action policy - just schedule the .bat
file to run in the event of user logout.
User group policies also allow you to run a file at user logout - see
User configuration -> Windows Settings -> Scripts (Logon/Logoff))
