SYS - NetDrive Upload failure - 550 Not licensed to execute command

Has anyone received the attached error when using NetDrive to attach
via FTP?

We have a situation where certain NetWare users with the same
rights/group memberships...etc receive this error when working on
documents in the netdrive. Go to the same PC, log on as a different
user and error does not occur.

Operating environments: Win2k & XP.
NetWare 6 & GroupWise 6, Service Packs from August 2002.
