Server Discovery Tools

Are there any tools to discover NDS servers on a network? Servers may be
in different Tree's and may be running IP and/or IPX protocal. If I ran a
IP port scanner what would I need to look for?

NDS is using the NCP port 524. So that's what you wanna look for.

Re: Server Discovery Tools

Which won't get any IPX ones too well. 'display servers' may help here,
and if you have SLP set up and working, then 'display slp services' may be
another option

Cheers Dave
