Server hangs whilst loading inetcfg.nlm

My server is hanging whilst loading inetcfg.nlm This problem started when
btrieve.nlm on the server was replaced by the same nlm from another
server. How can I copy back the old btrieve.nlm file from the servers
command prompt to the volume sys:system, or is there another way of going
around this problem.

start the server with "server -na". Once its up use toolxbox.nlm to
rename/delete the existing btrieve.nlm and copy on the correct one, then
restart the server normally.
