Still vulnerable if CIFS.nlm is not loaded?

Trying to do due diligence on the security issues surrounding
CIFS...(http://support.novell.com/cgi-bin/search/searchtid.cgi?/2971832.htm)

Can anyone confirm (can't seem to find it on the site or elsewhere) that the
vulnerablity to worm.rbot.ccc is negated if CIFS is not loaded? That
determines how quickly we apply these patches.

Anybody have input?

Duplicate post (see abends-hangs). Please don't post the same question in multiple forums.
