System Resources in Monitor and Netware 6.5

I noticed after we migrated our Netware 5.1 legacy server to a new hardware
platform running Netware 6.5, that cache buffers were low, at 22%.
We have 3 1/2 gig of memory in this server.
Doesn't Netware 6.5 handle this differently?
If it was Netware 5.1 showing this, I would be concerned.

Did you go from TFS to NSS? Also, with 6.5, do you have thr following
patches:

NW65SP5
NW65SP5UPD1

Those are important. I also recommend N65NSS5B

OK. Then apply NW65SP5UPD1. It contains some memory-related fixes.

I have heard that NSS hogs a lot of memory it does not need.
Is that something we can and should tune?
