Unable to find load file

Good afternoon all. I'm trying to use the following command line:
load address space=gwia restart sys:system\gwia @gwia.cfg

But when I load it I get the error message: Unable to find load file RESTART

This command works fine on my second gwia which is on an identical machine. I did a search for a RESTART file but found nothing. And both servers have the same SEARCH paths in the autoexec.ncf file. Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Are both servers the same version of NetWare and at the same support pack level?
