UpgradeNetware 6 to 6.5sp4

Upgrade Process stopps with the following message:
nmID=1001C
Server ... experienced a critical error
The running process will be suspended
sys:\syszip1\njie.zip will be deleted
systemdateien 4/7 wird installiert

logger screen:
Original path: c:\nwinst
Target path: sys:\ni\data

I try to do the update with another server ( with the installation of
the first server and with a hardware which is a little bit different)
but it fails again. I changed the installation CD, but the result was
the same.
Who could help?

You could try TID TID10066938:

http://support.novell.com/cgi-bin/search/searchtid.cgi?10066938.htm

This applies to SBS, but is the same error number.
