VMWare 5.0 OES - Network unreachable

Any ideas why I'm getting a Network unreachable response to Ping?
Its set up with bridged access Static IP 192.168.50.50. Tried pinging
another machine and from the other machine but no luck. Anyone got any
ideas I'm very new to networks and newbie with OES.
The setup we have is identical to our VMWare 4.0 Netware 6.0 servers and
that works flawlessly.
ifconfig shows the NIC setup and it all looks OK

OK there was no route to work through. Fixed that but still can't get
the servers to see each other. Can't browse to the OES server either...
Why is this so complicated? Don't answer I'm just a network dummy...

If using VMWare on top of X check
to see if X has a firewall running
that is blocking ports required by
NetWare/eDirectory.
