Windows XP Location Profiles 4.91SP5

Hi All

I am trying to set up some location profiles for our Laptops.
The idea is for Staff to select LOCAL when they are at home and for the client to default to no eDirectory etc, and with the Windows tab to display the Local Workstation instead of the Domain Name.

I can get this to work on individual machines, but when i go to roll it out the DefaultDomainName doesn't change and still has the Workstation Name that i took the registry settings from...

Any ideas? I've hightlighted the reg key that should be set to the Local Workstation, and needs to change depending on the Workstation Name...

My Reg Key:

Re: Windows XP Location Profiles 4.91SP5

Are you setting the "DefaultDomainName" to an empty string for local login? I'm not sure, but I think if you leave it empty at Novell login level, then the client picks the value from the Windows login settings.
