Zenworks causes computer to shutdown randomly.

I have the newest version of Zenworks and Client installed on a 7 Pro 64. Randomly the computer shuts down. The shutdown process is like when Auto updates turns your computer off. Auto update is turned off.

Re: Zenworks causes computer to shutdown randomly.

You need to be a bit more forthcoming..... specifically what version of ZCM and Client are you using? Obviously things like Power Management can turn the machine off. In my experience ( Windows ) Updates don't shut down the workstations. The Windows event logs will indicate why the machine was shut down. You might want to check there and walk backwards through the log until you find out what initiated the shutdown. ZCM does allow you to create power management policies which can also shut down the machine.

You might consider posting in the ZCM forum if you think this is a Zenworks client problem.
