/bin/bash

I might be stupid here, but we have over 12000 users and non of them have
a default shell set in their user objects and consequently can't login to
NLD using ldap. If I manually add a default shell setting in consoleone
of bash and bin/bash, they can login but i don't want to have to do this
for 12000 users. Is there a way to set this by deafult for new users AND
add it to all existing users without putting them all in one group as
that kills consoleone. There must be a utility to run through edir and
add this attribute if it doesn't exist.

Re: /bin/bash

Hi,

I don't have a setup at hand here, but two options sping to mind.
1. Properties of multiple users in ConsoleOne/iManager
2. Create a LDIF file with this property and use ICE to update eDirectory
for these users.
