binding to worng address on vlan1

We are running oes linux sp2 with vlan1

I didn't setup the server but the only way we could get it work was to give
the machine a static address of and in /etc/sysconfig/network
we made a file called ifcfg-vlan1 with the following


This has seem to work fine until now and it's stopped working after a
maint. reboot..ETH0 is up and vlan1 is up but it's not working. I can't
ping from anywhere. Think it's binding to the
