Hi When I start the cluster I get the error
Cifs: unable to read attributes of .cn=… from nds, error=20801

What versions of NW, SP, DS, NSS and CIFS? How did the problem occur?

No, since we got no response from the OP with basic info about his config.

I'd same about 90% of posts saying "same problem" are in fact not. I
recommend starting your own fresh thread with full details of your
environment and situation.
