create multi-alias

Hi, I have two containers.
Container "A" where objects are users (users x number) and a container "B" where I want to create aliases for users in the container objects "A".
As I can create the alias in the contedor "B", without having to create them one by one.
Thank you.

Try the QUICK command line tool - its a one-liner:

Example:

The following command would create an alias for all users whose CN
starts with "ST". The alias is created in the container ".ou1.ou2.us"
and has the same RDN as the aliased user.

QUICK Alias User=St* .$rdn$.ou1.ou2.us

Thank you.
But it does not work.
Quick I downloaded and when I try it I get the following message:

QUICK for eDirectory (v1.52e - 2009 / 6) - Evaluation Copy

Full version and updates: www.WolfgangSchreiber.de

Your version of the expiration date Quick've 2010/06

No matching objects found
Error 0x8979 (ERR_NO_ITEMS_FOUND)

Some solutions.

The message indicates that you probably haven't selected the correct
container or object filter.

Pls share more details.
