eDir management

Hi,

I need to start ndsd with the -igrfl flag at an OES2018. But when doing:

# rcndsd start -igrfl

I get an:
Note: SysVinit eDirectory system is not recommended on this platform.
Refer to documentation for eDirectory usage on this platform

OK, that is because OES2018 is SLES12SP2 and this uses systemd as init
system. But what is the recommended way/command to recover from
exhausted rfl-store?

BTW: After I give a:
# systemctl stop ndsd.service
# rcndsd start -igrfl

I get the same message but after this eDir is up and running. And now
after a few minutes all replicas are in sync.
