iFolder 2.0 login error

I have 2.0 loaded. When I am presented with the client login, I get
the following error: unable to connect to server (-105)

Re: iFolder 2.0 login error

As added information, I found a TID(10078411) that had me check the =attribute in the user object: "iFolderServerName" - there is no such
attribute and it is not in the list to add either. Is this a schema
extension problem, a snap-in issue, or something else?

As a matter of fact, the schema is not extending at all. I have used
DSBrowse and none of the iFolder class and attributes are there.

I am able to type: http://IPaddr:52080 as well as
http://IPaddr:52443 and the iFolder html will come up and all links work. But login is a
wash.
Any tips?

Unlike iFolder 1.x, you need to go into the admin interface. The
schema
is extended the first time you do this. Then you need to enable the
users.

You also need edir 8.6.2 or later.

Yes. That is one point worth mentioning.

William Rossetti,

OK. THat version should be fine. I suggest you apply SP3, not that it

should matter in this case.

William Rossetti,

Why. It should not be an issue for troubleshooting purposes. Note that

I have personally not seen any issues with proxies and iFolder, but it

is a factor that can affect it.
