iFolder client does not upload

Hi!
Interesting problem -- at some point iFolder client stop uploading files, it does ok downloading. Client (person) told me that he answered yes on question to upgrade client 3.8.0.4 to .5 and this start to happen after that, well, yes, he has not admin rights, but iFolder willingly does the job, but not actually DOES, seems to me!? Or is some other problem. I tried to repair client, does not help. Also, tried another ifolder within this client and ... this did uploading and downloading just fine, so, probably something within this ifolder. Well, did convert this ifolder to regular folder and download it again ... finally same. iFolder on server is ok as same client has another machine and within same ifolder ... everything is ok. Today afternoon I'll try to remove client soft and install it again.
Any ideas?
More thanks, Alar.

Re: iFolder client does not upload

Hi again!
Well, I could be wrong about this sync-issue caused by client upgrade. Today I checked another machine and there is also ordinary user click ok to upgrade and ... seems no problem at all. Btw. same user. He have desktop and laptop computers, on laptop something went wrong. So, problem elsewhere after all. Mh. Or sometimes could went wrong ... Don't know. But, as it was some time ago with other user -- context menus are missing after this kind of upgrade.

Re: iFolder client does not upload

Hi and thank You!
I couldn't find out/understand where the problem lies, couldn't see any info (understandable for me) also in log files, set debug level. Now, I'd remove iFolder client and installed it again. But have no feedback from user, this machine is laptop and is also out of my reach. User said that no files (xls, ppt, doc, usual stuff) wasn't at some point uploaded anymore. That's all I have for now.
More thanks, Alar.

Re: iFolder client does not upload

Interesting, same problem appear also after reinstalling client completely and, as I thought, wasn't about this client. I took a deeper look and found in client simias log "The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.". Wow! Then I took a look simias.log on server and saw there some error about certain file "Could not find file "/var/simias/data/simias/SimiasFiles/0d/d9484537-10b1-4823-9a86-0bf01c149125/iF3/Raul/artiklid/Vast Maa.doc".". Strange. Then I did remove this file from client desktop computer ifolder and ... on laptop everything went ok again, I did copy it back and ... now also ok.
I see in server simias log similar problem about another client file.
Mh, well, any thoughts about this kind of errors?
More thanks, Alar.
