iFolder syncs folders but not contents

Good day to all!

I've a got the following problem with iFolder client on windows 7 (both 32 and 64 bit):

-I selected a local folder with about 200 various files (word and excel docs mostly) in about 20 subfolders in the iFolder client for further upload
-I synced the folder manually
-The files uploaded without a single error (I can see them via the web interface)
-As soon as I tried to download this shared folder on another computer, the iFolder downloaded only subfolders without their respective contents
-All further attempts to sync ended the same way

Mind you, a folder with no subfolders and about 5 files in it syncs perfectly.

Have anyone had similar problems?
